What is the return policy?
Not obsessed? No worries.If your piece isn’tpurr-fect, reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help make it right. Approved returns are issued as store credit or a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to get your order out the door. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary by location, but usually fall between 4 days and 2 weeks.
Who makes your pieces, and where are they made?
Every piece is handmade with lots of yarn, time, and love, courtesy of us. Our crochet items are made locally in Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
